As per the suggestion for this bug

i used the proper name space mentioned in link
http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/0.95/extensions.html#fox-namespace
Now pdf is getting generated but the scrren reader (Adobe reader>>view>>read
out loud) is not able to read the text which i provided for the images. am i
missing something once again?

Please could some one point me the right direction or document to get pdf
accessibility done.
