case1 result
Case #1 is what happens when I specify "Candara, MS PMincho" as the font. I
get the Roman letters from Candara and question marks for the Japanese glyphs.
Case #2 is what happens when I specify just "MS PMincho" as the font.
And FOP blows out when I specify "MS PGothic" as the font.
The attached archive should be everything needed to build these test cases in
FOP (or to render into HTML for display in a web browser).
