FWIW, I should've mentioned that there was some minor code cleanup in here as well, to bring it closer to Forrest's skinconf.xml file.
Also, my primary purpose in making changes, was to help the Apache XML Graphics PMC live up to its contractual duties as far as Trademark Attributions go: http://www.apache.org/foundation/marks/pmcs I hope to get to the Batik & Commons sites soon. Could somebody re-publish the FOP site for me? I haven't set up the deployment process on my latest Mac...
