test FO file for the sake of completeness...
The command "fop sample.fo -print" when run on a Mac OS X sends the document to
the printer but the page comes blank.
However, "fop sample.fo sample.pdf" followed by "lpr sample.pdf" works, so the
issue is not the printer.
