new postscript extension
This patch adds a new FOP PostScript extension that allows setting up code just
before the %PageTrailer comment. The use case behind this enhancement was the
need to include a stapling command in the document that is sent to the printer,
but the extension can be used in any other situation that requires a command
just before the %PageTrailer.
