The original issue was that if a glyph is used in AFP and FOP cannot ascertain
its metric information from the character set, it defaulted to the metrics of
space. This caused issues whereby the line often ran off the end of the page
because of the difference between the two. While not strictly a fault with FOP
but rather with the used character set, a warning has been applied in this
patch to inform the user that the glyph they are trying to use is missing
metric information and therefore they should expect unintended layouts.
