Hi Matthias/Glenn,
I've made the necessary amendments to the code, it now compiles/runs with the
FOP1.1rc1 JAR. Thanks for the work Matthias, I used your work but had to make a
few amendments, anyway, it's done. We need to release this, I'm not sure what
the procedure is, Glenn do you want to take charge of that?
