To reproduce, please get the fop-1.1 from binareis mirror, and under linux
./fop examples/embedding/xml/fo/helloworld.fo -print
under windows
./fop.bat examples/embedding/xml/fo/helloworld.fo -print
Does not work - prints empty page.
My project is using fop in much more sophisticated manner, and fop isn't doing
well in that case too (programatically used to print documents), but I think
this example is as much clean as it should be, to allow reproduction of the
issue.
