Waiting eagerly for a solution, hoping in coming FOP 1.2 (?) because this in
the single obstacle completely prevent us from using FOP 1.1 (we have to use
XEP) to create reference manuals in PDF from docbook XML. Reference manuals
often contain *very* long words in uppercase and underline and currently with
FOP 1.1 many of these words overflow over the text in "next" table column or
out over the edge of the paper.
