Firstly, thanks all for voting. The result of the recent vote to add the new
optional dependency to FOP has passed.
In total there were seven +1 votes with no +0 or -1 submitted. I have already
begun investigating the necessary changes to implement the feature and will
look to start development shortly.
I will post a patch to Jira when complete.
