When using fo:external-graphic referencing a PDF page and also specifying a
source resolution, the PDF page would not appear as expected as a full size
image and instead being scaled according to this value. This is because of a
recent fix regarding the source resolution and images scaling correctly. I will
post an example and patch shortly to the fop-pdf-images plugin.
