RSS links were built by Forrest, but as we migrated doc to a new CMS, AFAIK
there is no mechanics in it to reenable RSS links.
However, this is a Jira feature, and as we migrated from Bugzilla to Jira, we
can add new RSS links based on Jira search capability.
