FYI, support for 256 bits encryption (using Oracle's JDK) requires
installation of the Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy files from
Sun/Oracle. Without them you won't be able to run (and pass) the test
suite, let alone perform the encryption. I assume no one has objections
to this new requirement.
