Here is an example of a PDF with subsetted OTF CFF for both standard and
CID-Keyed fonts. For some reason, it doesn't seem to display correctly in my
web browser PDF viewer (that might be related to my Linux machine). If you
download it however in Adobe Acrobat, Ghostscript, Evince etc. then you should
see everything correctly.
