Hi Carlos,

FOP is an open source project. If no one else has the time or inclination to look at a bug then it's probably best to roll your sleeves up and have a look at the code yourself. Patches are most welcome ;-)

Any updates on this issue. Any indication of how difficult it is to fix?

Carlos Villegas commented on FOP-2110:

In addition to failing on the table-row, the target position in case of table-cell is wrong. It seems to always go to the top of the page instead. The target y coordinate is incorrect. I attached a slightly modified version of the previous test case that show the issue better. You can see it in the intermediate format output. Tested with FOP 1.1.
fo:table-row cannot be a link target

                 Key: FOP-2110
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FOP-2110
             Project: Fop
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: pdf
    Affects Versions: trunk
Environment: Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4
Platform: PC
            Reporter: Jarno Elovirta
         Attachments: table-row-link.fo, table-row-link.log

When fo:table-row with an id attribute is used as a fo:basic-link destination, "Unresolved ID reference ..." error is thrown. Linking to fo:table-cell works.
