Summary: Content is missing after IPD change (was: Content is missing when
rendering attached fo file)
This seems to be caused by changing IPD of region-body, when the generated area
overflows the first region-body.
When resulting IPD are equals (after millipoint conversion), or when inserting
a page-break before the issued area, the issue disappears.
