    Description: 
If in a table cell a style bold, italic, strikethrough, underline, super or sub 
is given, these styles are applied to all subsequent cells of the same row.

The given patch only solves the problems for the 6 named styles.
It can be probably enhanced to fix also issures #FOP-2225 and #FOP-1487.
