when nesting blocks. I also agree that your test case should produce a 4 page
output. But two sibling blocks, like in my case:
<fo:block break-before="page"></fo:block>
<fo:block break-before="page"></fo:block>
Shouldn't that generate two page breaks?
Btw: I tested with AntennaHouse and my test cases produced a 3 page output.)
