Hi Glenn,
I found out the the real root of the issue was PreloaderBarcode (from
Barcode4J) and not PreloaderSVG (from ApacheFOP). As you suggested, I have
removed the DTD declaration from the SVGs and the issue was 'fixed'. If I will
have time I'll try to really fix the issue from Barcode4J.
