page-position=last not detected for an end-on-even page-sequence. The attached
sample works correctly when processed using fop-1.0 but not fop-2+ (including
the trunk).
I'm not sure if there is something I did not adjust correctly when migrating
from FOP 1.0 to 2.X but I'm unable to find any reason why this won't work.
