I cant find that glyph in cambria for a with macron placed over diaeresis.
refer [https://www.fileformat.info/info/unicode/font/cambria/list.htm]

 

I tried to render 
[U+022A|https://www.fileformat.info/info/unicode/char/022a/index.htm] O with 
macron placed over diaeresis and it worked.

 

issue is for missing glyph in cambria font
