I just noiced that you fixed a problem which is similary to that I'm currently
faced. Nice!
Just two remarks:
* Is there a reason why you implemented this only for external links?
Shouldn't the same be applied to internal links as well?
* With your implementation the alternative text is added as {{/Contents}}
*and* as {{{}/Alt{}}}. A problem occurs if a link contains an image. In this
case the Acrobat accessibility check reports that you have nested alternative
texts (one for the link, one for the image). If the link would get the
{{/Contents}} only and no {{/Alt}} that issue could be avoided.
