Description:
When printing, the resulting PCL file does not correctly render.
If, in the PCL configuration, `<images mode="color"/>` is used and in the FO
file a `fo:table-cell` is defined with a "0.5pt solid black" border and a
background color of #D9D9D9, then the border display is incorrect.
