I have implemented several patches to improve float support:
* *FloatContentLayoutManager* (with float.fo test file)
** Fixed incorrect text positioning when a {{float: left}} is contained
inside a {{block-container}}.
** Fixed an issue where text could continue into the bottom page margin after
a {{float: right}}.
* *LineLayoutManager* (with float-missing-word.fo test file)
** Fixed an issue where the first word of a paragraph could be replaced by a
`float: left` block-container.
