Does anyone have any ideas on how one might generate an index at the back of a document based on entries contained within the pages of the document. These index entries would need to know the page number of source of the entry.
This appears to be a little more advanced for what FOP currently offers, but I do not see references to this in the XSLFO specifications either. Thanks, Paul
