Yes, I know the first footnote body of the document, but I have to know each footnote body, which is the first displayed on one page. This one should have a line above, the others at the same page should not. Is there a way to get this node?

Well, you certanly know what the first footnote body is, so you can just add block with an rule leader at the beginning. See Dave Pawson's example:
