I'm reading xsl-fo (Making XML Look Good in Print) by o'reilly (http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/xslfo/ ) and so far, I have to say, it is looking very good. It's the kind of book I wish I had when I first started learning xsl-fo, you may find it usefull.
