I'm creating a table with a dynamic number of columns and at the top of the table there is a row with a comment on the right hand side. If I specify number-columns-spanned to a value larger than the number of columns then it throws an exception.
Can I specify a value for number-columns-spanned that will span the all the columns in the table or do I need to do it another way?
The XSL spec does not allow anything other than a number to be specified in number-columns-spanned. It sounds like you were hoping to put number-columns-spanned="all", but it doesnt looks like this is supported. So your stuck with trying to count the number of columns in your XSL.
