I downloaded XSL-FOP 20.5rc3 and compiled it. The compilation did display a message stating JCE was found. Now what is the command line to use with fop.bat. I keep getting findHyphenPoss: problem!

Encryption is *not* included in 0.20.5rc2. You'll have to get CVS code (0.20.5rc3) for this feature. The build will tell you whether it detected JCE or not (keep an eye on the output).
