I can confirm: This is a bug. The nice thing about it is that it works in the redesign. :-) But that won't make you happy. I've filed a bug in BugZilla: http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=20480
I'll have to reactivate my brain to find out what I did in the redesign to make it work. I'll be back.
