Clay, I'm not certain what the final bullet is in the FAQ.  Can you explain
it to me?  I'm still having the problem.  As I mentioned before, this works
fine with Acrobat Reader 5.1, but fails consistently with Adobe Reader 6.0.
If I had one more good piece of evidence against Adobe Reader 6.0, I'm
certain I could affix the root of the problem to it.
Otherwise, I'm out of ideas.

Are there any Adobe 6.0 developers out there?
