mot sure if this has been asked before:
I am trying to set borders on a table row.
According to the sample border.fo this should look like this:

<fo:table-row border-top-color="red" border-top-width="0.5pt" border-top-style="solid">

However, this specific border does not show up in a PDF document generated with 0.20.5rc3a.
This has been supported with Verion 0.17.x which I am currently upgrading from. Has the support for row level borders been removed on purpose or am I doing something wrong? Column and cell level borders seem to work fine.
