You can achieve this by using static content (for the catalogue
graphic) in the region-start and a *two* column layout in the
body. The text spanning the columns can than be achieved by using
span="all" on the blocks.
You should definitely get the XSLFO book (see "ressources" in the
FOP docs).
BTW uncaught spelling errors ("Sistemanforderungen") shouldn't figure
*this* prominently.
