Hello list,
I have a problem using custom true type fonts that I do not want to embed into a PDF file. If I do not embed the font acroread displays only garbage. The font is standard Arial and is definitively installed, the metric file was generated on the very same machine that is used to create and display the PDF file.
I searched the archive and found a posting from about a year ago that says that not embedding TTFs is not an option. Is this still true or am I doing something wrong?
I use FOP version 0.20.5.
