I am sorry, I didn't compose the message correctly,
What I want to do is generate this file on the hard drive and use
javamail to forward it. Since from the earlier discussions in this
"thread" it was agreed upon that a file wud have to be stored in a
repository, I wanted to see if I cud get a quick help in generating and
keeping the fiel on the hard drive.

My apologies.

I'm not really sure what your problem is. Is it really related
to the subject? Otherwise, you should have started a new thread,
choose a meaningful subject, and you could *at least* have
snipped all unrelated the "original message" stuff. Is it Outlook
which makes everybody ignoring common etiquette?

Try
    driver.setOutputStream(new FileOutputStream("your filename");

I'd recommend looking into a Java book.
