Check the Unicode font charts (I think there are all kinds of check
boxes somewhere), and get a font with the relevant glyphs. There's
no such glyph in any of the standard fonts, or in MS Arial Unicode
for that matter. Well, unless someone else takes a second look onto
the latter.

Possible, yes, but impractical due to features being unimplemented.
Use a SVG instead.
