1. Get a commercial hyphenator and a lexicon. 2. Produce a list of hyphenated words. 2a. Alternatively, produce a list of hyphenated words manually, without the help of a program. 3. Get patgen (e.g. from a precompiled tetex distro). 4. Roll your own patterns.

Each step involves some amount of artistry, rather than being pure hard,
if dumb work, so don't be surprised if the result is disappointing.
