Clay, Perhaps I didn't explain myself pretty well. The thing's that I managed to make the encryption package (Bouncy Castle) work with Cocoon, I assume that because I don't get any errors from the packages now, but I can't still have the encrypted PDF appear as I guess there's something wrong with the Cocoon and config files, because despite the fact that the log shows that Cocoon's reading the files, and that the encryption jars are being loaded, I can't get the encrypted PDF :(( So unfortunately I can't say that the thread is closed until I find the solution...
