Do you know where can I get those fonts freely?
The common way is to track down an old copy of ARIALUNI.TTF
either from a MS Office installation or one of the remaining
copies on the net (it is no longer distributed without fee by
MS).
Other approaches are ordinary web searches
http://www.google.ch/search?q=cyrillic+font
or searching freshmeat.net
http://freshmeat.net/search/?q=cyrillic§ion=projects
There is at least one project developing Unicode TTF fonts
on freshmeat, with the specific goal of providing glyphs for
cyrillic and other eastern-european scripts.
Well known font sources are the various open source for
graphical viewers and desktop environments, like ghostscript,
KDE and Gnome.
