Cells spanning rows are not handled properly if a page or column
break gets in the way. There is no known workaround in general.
Enclosing the content in the cell spanning rows in a one row,
one column table with keep-togheter=always on the row forces the
cell on a single page, thereby avoiding the problems induced by
the break. Applying this may not be feasible in all situation.
There may be other workarounds for other situations.
