I have a problem with the headers not showing on any even numbered pages on 1 of my pdfs. The XSL can be seen here:
http://comstar.dotgeek.org/period_report.pdf.xsl I can't figure out what is wrong - the header is written almost exactly the same as my other report and I definitely don't have anything in there about numbering only odd #'d pages. Any ideas?
