Have you tried the <http://www.eclipse.org/> IDE? It is extensible, so
if it doesn't have what you need, you can build it yourself (if someone
hasn't already made one[1],[2]).

Im currently using XRay but it seems to corrupt my unicode values

translation.
I put in the correct unicode characters for non breaking space but

translation, when I put it through FOP I get an error message
