Is there any way that I can set seperate headers for first and second pages
and no header for rest of the pages. Appriciate if you could provide sample
XSLT code.
What it sounds like you want to do is create 3 page-masters: first, second, rest.
What you want to achieve is similar to the odd/even model outlined here[1]. The examples page explains the examples included with the FOP distribution. Take a look at the extensive.fo for more help...
