Well, that's only a start. You will have to extend the PDF library, the PDFRenderer and possibly the SVG integration, too. And you will have to do a better abstraction of the colors used all over the code because so far everything is designed to deal with RGB only (see datatypes.ColorType for example). Frankly, I don't think it's worth hacking CMYK support into FOP 0.20.5.
