*Radio and Transmission Engineer * *Purpose of the Job * Manage the in-depth Network Element technical support for the Radio and transmission network or related equipments in the Network Operation. *Key Responsibility Areas* *JOB ROLES **(if defined) **AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Networks Elements supported - BSC - BTS - RNC - Node B - S-AXC - Transmissions equipment (Flexi hopper, Power hopper, Harris etc) - Tellabs · Correct Radio network faults and performance degradations as per and exceeded SLA requirements · Escalation point from First Line Maintanance and Monitoring · Working on daily maintance checks along with monitoring · In depth analysis and troubleshooting of Performance Management report in conjuction CM/PM team · Resposible to involve the development and implementation of Operations & Maintenance processes · Responsible for co-operating with the technical support (upgrades, faults) of 3rd party equipment and Care · Takes part in a 24/7 duty rosta and willing to part in night works for upgrades etc *DELIVERABLES / PERFORMANCE MEASURES **(Goals and targets to be achieved, reporting etc.) **:* * * All faults rectified within SLA requirement Problems solved or escalated to the correct group/team.
