I've enabled edit permissions with some of the fields and workflows limited, which should allow non-members to edit subjects, descriptions, categories etc. Basic workflows between new/need more info/feedback/resolved/duplicate are permitted, but not closed etc. We do get spam bots occasionally posting and editing items on the issue tracker and wiki, so please alert an admin if you see this so we can lock the accounts and revert any damage. Users should still become members of the project if they're regular reporters or contribute, as the reporter/developer project roles allow assignment and more.
