I get a HTTP 409 Conflict, instead of 201.
Any idea?
I’m going to enable DEBUG mode to see if I have more details…

This looks fine, but just to be sure, can you paste the rest of the log entry?
It should also state a return of 201, eg

101.6ms)
Assuming you see that, I'd suggest enabling DEBUG logs and then retry to see if
anything interesting is logged.
