Hi, might be related to [1]. Could you try running

for i in $(ls /etc/pki/katello-certs-tools/certs/*)
do
    rpm -e $(rpm -qf $i)
done

and then running the installer again.

Btw. I have an fix proposed for the installer if you wanted to give it
a try https://github.com/Katello/puppet-certs/pull/91
