Hi,
I noticed similar issues, those are not caused by a hung task here. I reported 
it a couple of days ago http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/15687

One thing I thought of - Is your "Listen on candlepin events" task errored
at all?

You can search for it in the tasks page "label =
 Actions::Candlepin::ListenOnCandlepinEvents"

That may be causing these indexing issues.
