This happens for newly subscribed hosts. Old host still has properties.
Were you upgrading from 3.0 or 2.4?
Are you seeing any duplicate host entires (shortname and fqdn)?
If you navigate to Hosts > all hosts > click your host > click 'facts'
do you see a fact with the name 'dmi::memory::size'?
